FRtbr: Books To Move To The Top of YA List- Tell Me How You Really Feel

This post has not been sponsored by Fierce Reads, nor has the honesty of any views been affected by affiliation.

I was very excited to be asked to participate in Fierce Reads’ FRtbr: Books To Move To The Top of YA initiative! I love brand new books as much as the next reader but it’s also really satisfying to dig into your backlist or even rediscover recent books you meant to read sooner.
tbrTo that end, I (genuinely) highly recommend Tell Me How You Really Feel by Aminah Mae Safi for many reasons- movie references galore, a glorious rivals-to-more queer girl ship, real life diversity and character growth, and for being one of the most LA books I’ve ever read! The nuances are *chef’s kiss* so right. The book does get a little repetitive dialogue wise so it’s not perfect, but nothing is. It is 4 solid stars of reading magic.
pink lemonadeOh, you want more books set in LA? And more f/f romances you said? I’ve got you covered! Have fun adding to your TBR and please let me know if you read them!! Your local indies and libraries will be more than happy to assist, I’m sure πŸ™‚
