Happy December, friends! I love the holidays and can’t believe we’re that much closer to 2018. I’m also excited that I’m one book away from my Goodreads goal and it’s going to count for Rock My TBR, finally! As for November’s wrap up, lots of contemp this month.
Retellings Reading Challenge (1 book)
#RetellingsRC2017
Ripped Pages by M. Hollis- 3 stars. Charming f/f retelling of Rapunzel. Not much to dig into since it’s a novelette but it was a sweet tale.
Contemporary Romance Reading Challenge (4 books)
#ContRom2017
Prince In Disguise by Stephanie Kate Strohm- 3.5 stars. Definitely cheesy but fun and very cute. I could totally see this as a tv Christmas movie! A must if you love reality tv, Scotland, and royalty.
I Believe In A Thing Called Love by Maurene Goo- 3.5 stars. The second hand embarrassment is real but the characters are fantastic, especially Desi and her father.
The Truth About Happily Ever After by Karole Cozzo- 4.5 stars. This book made me really happy. I loved the Disney-inspired setting, the surprisingly three dimensional characters, and the friendships!
First & Then by Emma Mills- 5 stars. I seriously adore this Pride & Prejudice meets Friday Night Lights contemporary! The story feels so real.

Yay, go us! This is like the first time ever I’ll cross the 100 mark on my Goodreads challenge and I’m so excited haha. I actually started with 85 then upped it to 100 and now it’s at 108 (hopefully I’ll be upping it to 120 because I’ve been in the mood to read all the comics).
Oh, so I should buy First & Then? It’s currently on sale on Kindle and I’ve been indecisive about getting it.
Oops, I need to see how many fall bingos I got! Totally spaced out on that

Ohhh that’s so exciting!!! The first and only time I crossed 100 was last year with 108. What did you end up with?! (I’ll have to check!) Ahhh I wish I saw this earlier, I think you should get First & Then! Emma Mills has become an absolute auto-buy author for me- she writes characters and friendships so well!! I love her books.
