I had heard so many amazing things about The Kiss Quotient- how sexy it is, how wonderful the leads are, how fantastic the rep is- that I was a little afraid to pick it up due to the hype. Luckily it exceeded all expectations and I flew through this romantic novel! It was great to have both Michael and Stella’s POVs and to see how their thoughts and individual stories intersected; I love getting to see the same scene from both sides, especially when a misunderstanding is involved. The Kiss Quotient was sweet and compassionate but very steamy too, with excellent character development! Most importantly I’ve read from multiple sources that Stella’s autistic rep and Michael’s Vietnamese rep was well done. Stella was so relatable and easy to root for, while Michael was a complete sweetheart and the perfect love interest for Stella- he really listens to her and consent was prevalent in every scene. They complement each other so well! I can’t wait to see what Helen Hoang writes next.
