Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. The end of January (aka after the holidays) seemed like a good time for another edition of Stacking the Shelves! I participated in a couple secret santa swaps with friends (along with #TBTBSanta and #OTSPSecretSister) and got some bookish gift cards for Hanukkah and Christmas too! And it was just my luck that Star Wars comics had a 90% off sale on Comixology in December. I have a lot of reading to do! (I marked the books I’ve already read with an asterisk.)

Nice! I loved Invictus, and I’ve been really curious about the Leia book and I didn’t know they made Forces of Destiny comics! Cool! The Two Princesses of Bamarre is one of my childhood favorites. Vicious, on the other hand, is that book I’ve been meaning to read for years…and still haven’t. It’s bad. I have a signed copy and everything. ^^; Have a blast reading all of these!

I remembered how much you loved Invictus, which is one reason I really wanted to get it! Yesss I love Star Wars comics and these sounds great, I love that they focus on the women. I think I’ve put Vicious off for so long because I keep hearing such good things- hype beast haha.

Omg this is an amazing haul! I see you already read Pride and Prejudice and Mistletoe! Did you like that one??? I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews but am still kind of curious because Pride and Prejudice re-tellings are always SO MUCH FUN.
I hope you love Geekerella! It’s such a feel-good book and super adorable. Geekerella is also the only one out of your haul I’ve read but I swear I have half of the books on my tbr. I JUST NEED TO READ THEM.
Happy reading, Morgan!! 🙂

Right?! I wasn’t a fan of P&P&M unfortunately, it didn’t feel like enough of a retelling…
Hahah I am totally the same way! I did read and love Geekerella so I wanted my own copy to reread someday. Thank youuuuu! 🙂

I look forward to your thoughts on Invictus. I’ve put off reading that one because I loved the author’s previous duology and I’m afraid to be disappointed. Only other bookworms can relate to that kind of fear. I love The Night Circus, so hope you enjoy that one. Happy reading and have a lovely weekend!

That’s the worst feeling- it sounds so interesting and I’ve heard good reviews from friends so I’m hopeful. The Night Circus I’m a little nervous about because everyone seems to love it so much! But I’m sure it’s magical. Hope you have a great weekend too!
