The Big Summer Reading Recap

August was not my best reading month, but I’m recapping ARC August, Bookish Bingo, and my monthly challenges into this one post soooooo it’ll be a lot and not a lot all at once. Schrodinger’s Post ahaha.

For ARC August, my 3rd time participating in the event hosted by Read.Sleep.Repeat, I completed 3 arcs (2 print and 1 e-arc):

The False Prince by Jennifer A. Nielsen
The Simplicity of Cider by Amy E. Reichert
All The Crooked Saints by Maggie Stiefvater

I only managed to read books in two of my challenge categories this month but I’m doing really well in both overall: 19 books in Flights of Fantasy and 19 books in Contemporary Romance! I’m almost at my fantasy goal and I’m crushing my cont rom goal of 6-10 books.

Flights of Fantasy (1 book)

The False Prince by Jennifer A. Nielsen- 3 stars

Contemporary Romance Reading Challenge (3 books)

Dating You/Hating You by Christina Lauren- 4 stars.
Queens of Geek by Jen Wilde- 5 stars.
The Simplicity of Cider by Amy E. Reichert- 3.5 stars.

And now for Bookish Bingo. If it wasn’t for my somewhat lackluster reading this month I could have gotten a few bingos but alas. I still read lots of good books!
