Top Ten Tuesday: Cover Theme Freebie

This was such a hard topic to decide on! Favorite fairy tale covers, favorite pretty dress covers, historical fiction covers, title fonts, daggers, etc. So many possibilities! In the end, I decided to do a mix of my favorite read and unread book covers, 5 each for a total of 15! Even then, it was hard to narrow it down… I love a good book cover! But these all appeal to me for a variety of reasons and I tried to go with my gut when I was browsing Goodreads.

I love how you split this up! These Broken Stars is definitely one of my all-time favorite covers. I like it the best out of all three in the series. And TATBILB has the best covers <33

I need to buy These Broken Stars for my bookshelves. I have the audiobook (because the production is out of this world), but that cover is just perfection.

I also love how simple (but attractive) the Lara Jean covers are!

I’ve only read Cress out of these books, but I LOVE that cover! I think it’s my favourite out of the four Lunar Chronicles books. I also love the way those books look side by side on my shelves though 😀

I absolutely love the cover for These Broken Stars. I remember just being stunned by how beautiful it was. I still think it’s one of the most beautiful covers ever. I hope all the unread books on your list turn out to be as lovely as their covers!

I really love the covers of These Broken Stars, To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before, and Cress! Have you read For Darkness Shows the Stars by Diana Peterfreund? The cover isn’t as pretty as the second book, but it’s my favorite in the series since it’s a retelling of Persuasion (which I love).

So much prettiness in one post. I loove the cover for Treachery of Beautiful Things but I know that book is not for me, lol. I can admire it from afar.

Elizabeth May gets the best covers. I also prefer her US covers — which is not how I usually feel about US YA covers, ha.

I think half the reason I haven’t read Across a Star-Swept Sea is that it would leave the unread shelves in my room.. and I would miss it lol.

I love all the covers for the unread books but I am focusing on THAT YOU HAVEN’T READ LADY OF THE ETERNAL CITY MORGAN WHY WHY

the cover of That Inevitable Victorian Thing is almost unfairly pretty.

Aww haha, it is really pretty at least! Oh I totally prefer the US Falconer covers! They’re prettier and more badass 😉

JESSIE I STILL HAVEN’T READ IT. It’s like a Thing now. But I saw my friend reading the series on twitter so now I’m thinking about them again.

Great cover picks! I totally love all the Lunar Chronicles cover! And you should definitely read These Broken Stars, the story is as awesome as the cover! I’ve got Across A Star Swept Sea on my shelf and I really need to read it soon!
